To support the next phase of growth, ReachX is looking to engage an experienced sector consultant with deep expertise in payroll-related businesses, including payroll bureaus and payroll software providers.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience operating within, acquiring, scaling, or advising payroll businesses and who can provide valuable insight into the UK, Ireland, and wider Western European payroll markets.

This role will suit someone with strong industry knowledge, transaction exposure, and strategic insight into the payroll ecosystem.

Key Areas of Collaboration

Initial areas of cooperation may include:

• Commercial and operational due diligence on potential payroll acquisitions
• Deal origination – identifying and introducing relevant opportunities within the sector
• Market insight and strategic guidance on the payroll ecosystem across the UK, Ireland, and Western Europe
• Supporting deal execution, including transaction evaluation and advisory input

• Experience within payroll bureau or payroll software businesses
• Direct involvement in M&A, scaling, or operating payroll businesses
• Strong understanding of the UK, Irish, and Western European payroll markets
• A well-developed network within the payroll ecosystem
• Experience supporting transactions, diligence, or strategic growth initiatives
